Proofs from the ceremony will automatically be emailed and hard mailed to each graduate. . 

We will be photographing you at up to three different times before and during the ceremony.  We will start photographing each graduate as you process out of the fieldhouse promptly at 9:30a.m. Please be on time for line-up. We will also photograph you during the ceremony at the stage and then in the rear of the arena.

We have been providing photographic services to the University of Cincinnati and its Colleges since 1977. We strive to provide the most comprehensive and best service possible to the University and its students and graduates.


As we are a small business, and appreciatie the opportunities afforded us by the University of Cincinnati to provide our services to the University community, we are providing a special credit to each graduate from the ceremony.

Each graduate will receive a $7.00 credit towards ANY purchase made via our online ordering system. This is equivalent to providing each graduate with a FREE 5"x7" print from the ceremony.

This will be in the form of a Discount Code found in the email we send to you after the ceremony and on hard proofs that will be mailed to each graduate. The credit may only be used when placing online orders and has an expiration date of January 15th, 2010.

Please place your order by the deadline date and also enter your discount code during the checkout process.

Please note: No credits will be issued after an order has been placed or after the January 15th, 2010 expiration date. Order early and double-check that you have been credited for the discount PRIOR to finalization of your online order.   Proofs will be mailed

We will mail hard proofs to each graduate as well. Those proofs will be mailed on approximately Wednesday December 16th to the addresse(s) on the reader card from the ceremony and/or from the address provided to us by the University of Cincinnati.

 
 
  Secondary Email
We will also send this notice via an email to your secondary email (if available). Please provide that on graduation day by adding it to the back of your reader card.
 

 
     How to Order
You will be able to place an order online, or via faxed in orders or mailed in orders.
 
 
 
    Custom Cropping Available Online
 Images may be custom cropped when placing an order online. If an image needs to be centered top & bottom or side to side, ordering online provides you with the opportunity to do this. You must take advantage of this option when you order your images. 

Also, images that are too dark or too light will automatically be lightened or darkened as needed.

In order to receive this credit, you must place your order online and by the deadline date.
